National Construction Day

Today, the internet celebrates National Construction Day, and the Hummingbird Team is very glad to be a part of the celebrations. It is important to recognize this activity as a foundation of our society, that is involved in every step we live. 

As you know, the Hummingbird group is specialized in framing, the process of building the base of the building or house with wood or steel. As you can see on our site, we have been working on many projects as framing experts like condominiums in Riverside, New Brunswick, and Avenel, New Jersey.   

Also, we build houses from scratch to the end, such as the ones in Cinnaminson, NJ. This project is the one we work as builders, doing all the framing, siding, trim, and finishings, and the sales. 

The villa in Cinnaminson has houses with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with a foyer leading from the front door to a 2-story ceiling and a large arched window that fills the space with natural light. Hardwood floors adorn the living room and foyer while the dining area and kitchen contain tile flooring. Crown molding and recessed lighting in the dining room add an extra touch of sophistication.

The Kitchen offers 42 wood cabinets, custom decorative upper cabinets, tile backsplash, a center island, and is conveniently located next to the family room, making it easy to cook and entertain. The kitchen space is open-concept with the family room that has an elegant fireplace. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a luxurious bath with double vanity, a tiled stall shower, a jacuzzi, and a walk-in closet. There is a second master bathroom, as well as three more ample-sized bedrooms that share another full bath.
